St James's

St James’s is located in the City of Westminster.  One of the most quintessential London villages. It is a relatively small area, surrounded by Piccadilly to the north, Haymarket to the east, Green Park to the west and St James’s Park to the south. It is an elegant and quiet enclave of central London with huge historical significance. It is characterised by Royal Parks, gentlemen’s clubs, art galleries and refined streets dedicated to British tailors and hand crafted shoes. Local grocers to the Queen, Fortnum & Mason is also located here.

St James’s offers a fair range of property including mansion blocks and large family houses.  A brief relaxation of restrictions on converting commercial property into residential in Westminster has resulted in a number of small-scale conversion developments appearing in recent years.
