Frances Titmus-Mather
BSc (Hons) MRICS
I graduated from the University of Bristol with a BSc (Hons) in Land Management and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1998. With a keen interest in the London property market, I commenced my career in London working as an office agent in the west-end and the City. After my first three years, I moved into a quasi residential – commercial role, advising in the acquisition and disposal of large privately owned institutional buildings, such as schools, training centres and hotels. This led to me specialising in Valuation and Residential Development at blue chip international real estate company’s.
Over this time, I have specialised in valuing residential and commercial property in London and the Home counties. My clients were banks, high net worth individuals and institutions. I have expertise and knowledge of both the London and country residential property market and a thorough understanding of the process required when assessing the value of a property and purchasing process.
In addition to this, I studied Interior Design at KLC in London and established my own Interior Design Company, which I have maintained over the past ten years.
I joined The London Resolution in January 2019, having worked with Marcus within the same valuation team at a blue chip international property company. I am professionally qualified (MRICS) with a high level of integrity; I am personable, knowledgable, driven and motivated to advise high net worth individuals through the sometimes challenging process of purchasing a residential property in London.
