A first time buyer who is the daughter of TLR’s longest serving client, our client required a two bedroomed apartment, close to transport links in central London. Two equal sized bedrooms were required as the client wanted to be able to rent out the second bedroom.
Our client was very keen to take advantage of her mother’s knowledge and understanding of the London market due to her own inexperience, but ultimately, she would be the decision maker. Because of the need for good access to central London and the accommodation requirements, TLR identified SW11 and SW4 as key postcodes.
