The Brief

A first time buyer who is the daughter of TLR’s longest serving client, our client required a two bedroomed apartment, close to transport links in central London. Two equal sized bedrooms were required as the client wanted to be able to rent out the second bedroom.

The Search

Our client was very keen to take advantage of her mother’s knowledge and understanding of the London market due to her own inexperience, but ultimately, she would be the decision maker. Because of the need for good access to central London and the accommodation requirements, TLR identified SW11 and SW4 as key postcodes.

The Result

Our client purchased a property which had just returned to the market after its exchange had fallen through and we were the first to re-visit. We capitalised on our ability to proceed quickly as the vendor did not want to jeopardise their onward purchase. The result was a two bedroom upper maisonette apartment close to Clapham Junction.
