The Brief

An internal referral of a wealthy non-European businessman who was a resident in London for the past 20 years. The requirement was for a wide fronted Georgian family home to include staff accommodation. The client wished to move more centrally into London.

The Search

As the client had a very good working knowledge of London, we targeted specific houses within Marylebone and Regent’s Park. The client was keen to re-model a trophy property to his requirement. It became clear that Regent’s Park was very important to him and his life.

The Result

We purchased a property close to Marylebone village, which unusually benefited from a freehold title and had planning permission to for an extensive re- development. This was an opportunity where we were able to acquire a property privately (off market), exclusively and quickly. Subsequently, TLR have assisted in aspects of the design and extensive refurbishment.

I met Marcus some years ago when we decided to move from Hampstead to Central London. He found us a stunning and unique property very close to Marylebone.
