The Search

Education being crucial, SW4, SW11 and SW13 provide some of the best schools in south west London. The housing stock in these locations is comparable in terms of age, configuration and transport. As a result, these make good investment stock and family homes.

The Result

It was decided Barnes was the chosen location having sustained its values and yields over the last four years. Our clients purchased an end of terrace wider than average Victorian house which offered scope for re-development. TLR has advised upon the extension (planning permission has now been granted) and refurbishment options and from our little black book of contractors, TLR recommended planning consultants and builders to undertake the project.

Due to the fact that we live in Hong Kong, the decision to use Marcus at The London Resolution was a sensible one.
