The Brief

A personal referral from someone in the property industry, the client, an international businessman, required a central London four bedroomed apartment for him and his family. With no real knowledge of London locations, they were insistent on a ‘village’ type environment yet still requiring the benefit of a concierge service.

The Search

TLR identified the ‘villages’ of Chelsea, Notting Hill and Marylebone as ideal, but felt the client would be best served by acquiring an apartment in one of the many new-build luxury schemes. There were limited opportunities that satisfied both requirements.

The Result

The scarcity of lateral apartments comprising 4 double bedrooms with ensuite facilities made this search challenging. Developers preferring a 3 bedroom format.  Our client purchased a penthouse four bedroom apartment in a prestigious small scale scheme in one of the preferred villages.
