As qualified surveyors of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) with 30 years combined experience providing professional valuation advice to banks, lawyers and other corporate institutions, we have a critical understanding of the property market and the buying process. Clarissa and Frances now make up the Buying Team at The London Resolution following Marcus’ move back to the Corporate World. Clarissa worked with Marcus in the private client buying team of Savills from 2010 to 2013 when Clarissa established her own acquisition company. The London Resolution felt the only person who could fill the day to day void left by Marcus’ appointment was Clarissa with her seventeen years of experience and we are delighted to have her working with us.
Frances and Marcus forged great synergy when working together at Knight Frank in the early 2000’s where they focused on valuing prime London homes over £10 million, as well as country estates, and have maintained a strong mutual working relationship over the years. Clarissa and Frances make a formidable team with the expertise to provide the right solution for our clients.

How We Work
We work by using our critical analysis skills, honed over years of providing professional advice, to guide you every step of the way from; challenging your brief, utilising our extensive database of contacts during your search, negotiating a realistic market price and providing the due diligence necessary throughout the exchange and completion process.
Along the way, we will introduce you to our tried and tested professional contacts; architects, lawyers, building surveyors, as well as specialist suppliers from curtain makers through to locksmiths, all experienced in providing a top quality service. Design &
Development
TLR’s design and development team have carried out many high-end residential refurbishments for both ourselves and commercial and private clients. Using our full maxims; value, quality, adaptability and longevity we have identified projects where value can be added and executed them using the professional construction teams at our disposal, giving end results which have often achieved greater pounds per square metre value when completed.
The design and development team work hand in hand with the search team on all current property searches to give clients added confidence they are choosing the right home.
