A retained client was asking for advice on value, when purchasing an overseas property. We had provided similar advice on their Central London home.
The Search
The client had already identified the residential development complex within which they wanted to purchase. TLR were asked to negotiate the purchase with the selling agents, which included commissioning international valuations, meeting and liaising with the overseas private banks, the ever important Notaire, and tax specialists to ensure our client bought the best value property in the most efficient way.
