The Brief

A referral from a former retained client, a European property businessman who required a family apartment in a central London location to be used as an alternative to a hotel room, when visiting children at school in the UK.

Mayfair and St James's only!

They wanted the best address on the Monopoly board and we delivered.

The Search

As the client was specific on a central London location, we focused our search on Marylebone, Mayfair and St James’s . As the client was time poor, we arranged an intensive tour of twenty two properties in one day. Most unusual. Don’t worry!

The Result

Mayfair was the preferred London village, specifically the area owned by the Grosvenor Estate. As an informed client, the ultimate property was identified during the first tour, this is a rarity. The client chose an apartment with potential to re-configure. TLR undertook this entire process to include negotiating with The Grosvenor Estate, the absentee managing agents and of course the myriad of contractors that then ensued to deliver the refurbished apartment. 

The London Resolution were amazingly fast and really effective in my property acquisition and Marcus and Peter made the buying and re-design process throughly enjoyable.
