Until we have more clarity over Brexit, market sentiment will continue to be subdued. 

Buyers are still active, in a needs based market, with a flight to quality.

Homes in the right location, with the best specification will continue to sell but property with an inherent defect such as a north facing garden, being on a main road, on a dark lower ground floor level or a top floor ‘walk-up’ will struggle.
